using the negative space from drawing 3, a cardboard mdoel using the stacking technique was made

action drawings - transforming the orthographic projections to a set of drawings using a verb from Richard Serra's 1967 verb list; the verb used here was 'stretch'
taking the last drawing from a peer's set, set 2 and set 3 were created

set 3
borrowing a whole set of 9 drawings from a model, three moments of time were chosen which were then converted from a 2D design to a 3D basswood model

to further enhance the concept of time, we remade the models with a variation; these models represented the evolution of rhythm in the earlier models, which is then broken down and finally transcends into chaos

material assemblage

using the same concept of 'lines, planes and volumes,' four ideas were developed which were then trnasformed into models where plaster represented volume, basswood as the plane, and wire as the lines

12 spaces from an aggregation of models were captured through sensory drawings made intutively; the process was repeated several times decreasing the amount of time for each drawing

using the first and last iterations, stiffer one-point perspectives were made to contrast the free-flowing sensory drawings
